There were 3 service recalls on my Lexus 330. The Service department called to remind me that they needed to be done, which was wonderful as I often get busy and ignore the mail. I am a stickler for customer service. Henry provided the best customer experience I have had at Nalley thus far. I was getting maintenance done, and there was a noise that was concerning me. Since I only hear it when it is cold (mornings), they kept it for two nights to try to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but I am confident that if the noise returns, they will make sure I am taken care of when I return. More
