I was quite pleased with my experience at Nalley Lexus Galleria. I was given as my service consultant Jeff Jackson. I came in without an appointment and was unsure if I would be able to have my car looked Galleria. I was given as my service consultant Jeff Jackson. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take and I was given a loaner,(a Lexus Ct200h), this was a fun car to drive!! Jeff kept me informed of what services my car needed and gave me explanations that I could understand, (not being a car person, I really appreciated that). I took my car in on my lunch break to have an oil change only, they were a little backed up so my time was running out, I spoke with the service guy Henry Holoman about my dilemma and he offered to give me only, they were a little backed up so my time was running out, I spoke with the service guy Henry Holoman about my dilemma and he offered to give me a loaner to drive back to work and said I could just come back when I got off. I was so thankful. Only to later find out my car had an oil leak and needed some other minor repairs. Henry was very knowledgeable in explaining waht was wrong with my car so that I could understand. I also feel Henry was compassionate about the unexpected cost I was about to incur and was very honest with me abut what services required my immediate attention and what services could be put off until the next service. I was also allowed to keep the loaner until my car was finished and Henry provided a daily update on the progress. I was 100% percent pleased with the entire staff ant Nalley Lexus. I was made to feel appreciated and not taken advantage of. I would recommend any of my frined with Lexus cars to go to this location and definetely ask for Henry Holoman!!! More
