Thank you for the response Bill. However, I provided my phone #, E-Mail, and even VIN # on the chat to find out about a windshield. Perhaps it's an automated system in which case, I'm disappointed again. Either way, i appreciate the oil change offer but I will be taking my business elsewhere. There is no possible way I can be convinced of unintentional fraud when your team tried to charge me over $600 to reconnect a cable. Most places would have just done that for free when they realized it was that simple. Especially since I was already having required maintenance done. It's an unfortunate situation. Sorry but I just cannot continue a relationship with your dealership. Best to you.
