I would never come back to this dealership ever again. They’ve played in my face multiple times one time I came up there to buy a car had me up there for two hours filling out all the paperwork just to tu They’ve played in my face multiple times one time I came up there to buy a car had me up there for two hours filling out all the paperwork just to turn around and say I couldn’t get the car after I gave them all of my information. Second time I came up there I finally was able to walk off the lot with a car again gave them all my information only for them to turn around and say that I don’t get paid enough although they only required. I either have an offer letter or pay stubs, and I brought one paystub and an offer letter. The car they sold me was already faulty, so I didn’t even care that I had to return it, but I will never spend my money here again. More
I’m thrilled they were able to get me into another vehicle but I explained that I couldn’t over what I was already paying… the young lady that was helping me said that the finance manager would work s vehicle but I explained that I couldn’t over what I was already paying… the young lady that was helping me said that the finance manager would work something out… she said they could do a lease that would be the only way to get out of the upside down loan or trade in, well once we got into the office with finance manager it went from a lease to a purchase so I went from 698 to 850…when I purchased the last car I was told to get my credit score up and I could bring the car in get into something new with a lower payment. The young lady actually showed me my credit score which was a 724 so I’m not sure what went wrong this time :/ More
