I took my car in for an oil change and pay a little over $300.00 for services that I had to agree on and would be notified when the part was received at the shop.I was told if I agreed to get the work done $300.00 for services that I had to agree on and would be notified when the part was received at the shop.I was told if I agreed to get the work done then they would wave my diagnostic fee and be reimbursed. None of it was true.I had to contact the dealer at least 6xs before my service Rep contacted me back. Please let not forget if I didn't bring my car back in the next 30 days the dealership would have kept my money. After I scheduled an appointment and pick my car up the tire sensor light was still on and my trunk is not working at ALL. This is after I explained what I was told my the service rep. Needless to say I did not receive my additional funds back. I am very disappointed and wouldn't take a bottle of water there. More
