My whole experience from beginning to end was unsatisfactory. The whole time I was there just felt like a transaction. The only good thing to come out was that I got the car wanted. I also was charged almost $4000 for something that was not explained to me. Side note, if you’re a single female don’t go by yourself. I felt taken advantage of because this was my first car buying experience and they were aware of that. I’ve emailed the GM and haven’t heard anything back as of yet. More
Please be careful and get it written, when they say it comes with Toyoguard. I brought two vehicles both with Toyoguard stickers but nothing in writing. I bought a car from nalley Toyota of stonecrest in 6/21. They were very fair and reasonable with helping us find a reliable used car for under 10k. We went with Nally Bc we understood they do great business They were very fair and reasonable with helping us find a reliable used car for under 10k. We went with Nally Bc we understood they do great business and are not out here stepping on people by putting them in unreliable cars. We even spoke with the used car manager for an hr who assured us they don’t even sell cars that won’t hold up Bc all of their cars go through a Nalley inspection to assure its reliable. To wrap this up, 3 months later exactly 8/2021 the transmission went out on that car and All Nally could do was offer us a “slight discount” on replacing the transmission with a 90k mile used transmission for just under 5k. I’m not sharing this to Deter anyone from shopping with Nalley but doing my part to share my experience with them, and I certainly won’t ever be shopping with the brand of dealers ever again. All the quality and service the assure you of before purchase goes out of the window xxx soon as you sign those papers. More

I was looking at a 2009 BMW 328i and was told vehicle was at BMW shop for inspection. Why advertise when vehicle is unavailable. Shinaiya Axell informed me it’s first come first served. I wanted to get service for my 2020 CHR on today Saturday May 15 the receptionist said that they( Erica)had 30 appointments and would be Monday to fit me in. I put money down on a CPO Camry, and told the salesperson, Blake Hinton, the sales price I saw online. He agreed to give me the price, but did not give me a copy of the paperwork where he deducte salesperson, Blake Hinton, the sales price I saw online. When I reviewed the financial paperwork the cost appeared much higher than what was agreed upon, and did not reflect the price quoted to me of the service contract. Then I was urged to quickly obtain insurance, but the repairs and cleaning had not been done. Also, the Vehicle Diagnostic Report copy was handed to me face down. It indicated repairs that were not completed; the cylinder had a red indicator. The Quality Inspection Check Sheet, which stated, "all items must be checked," had multiple items unchecked. I am contacting an attorney to withdraw from this purchase. More
