TERRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! I went to go purchase a 2018 Toyota RAV4 about three weeks ago, and we had arrived at the dealership with an already manager-approved out the door pri I went to go purchase a 2018 Toyota RAV4 about three weeks ago, and we had arrived at the dealership with an already manager-approved out the door price on an exact vehicle. We went in there where we were informed that all of 2018 Toyota RAV4's with our color preferences have been sold, and they were showing up higher-priced models that they said they could honor the same out-the-door price. Our sales associate was clearly new and did not know proper protocol when it comes to showing customers cars and we had to wander around the parking lot looking for cars that met our color preferences, peering in through the window. This is extremely unprofessional as it just takes one second for him to look at his computer, find the vehicle that we wanted, write the stock number, and show it to us, instead of us looking all around the parking lot for the car. After we found a vehicle, we went back to the sales office, and were given an offer of over $1000 more than our already manager-approved out-the-door price. The sales manager, Darryl Jefferson was very rude, cut me off several times when I was trying to speak, raised his voice several times and told me to "be quiet and stop raising my voice" when I was trying to calmly explain to him that we already had this price approved and were told that they were going to honor it on the vehicle that we chose. This is extremely unprofessional customer service, and buyers beware! DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NEVER HONOR THEIR OUT-THE-DOOR PRICES!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!! More
Horrible experience Purchased a used CPO Toyota Tacoma. Truck was in great condition. Went to pick up the truck 3 days later with one day notice to the sales person. Tol Purchased a used CPO Toyota Tacoma. Truck was in great condition. Went to pick up the truck 3 days later with one day notice to the sales person. Told them to have everything ready, truck cleaned and paperwork ready. Arrived with an all cash deal and it took over 5 hours to get out of there, truck was not detailed, paperwork for the warranty was not provided and the sales person had to leave to pick up her child. Left us there waiting. To top it off, apparently the paperwork was done incorrectly on their part and was sent Fed Ex to me the following week. Then two weeks later the titling paperwork was resent to me via Fed Ex because they still didn’t have it right. Now my tag is getting ready to expire so I called and left a message today. No return call which is typical of this place. Called again tonight and the girl said she couldn’t help me because they were closing in 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst place ever! Even the customer service person was hard to get a hold of, never followed up like she said and overall would never buy again from Nalley! BUYER BEWARE! More
Best service in a long time! I was scheduled to meet with service advisor-Abraham Castillo and have both air suspension bags installed. Once I arrived and being greeted by staff. Castillo informed me he needed something in writing or to speak with Lexus dealership to match their price. After getting confirmation they installed the air suspension and saved me a hours drive. Great team!!! More

When driving home Sat nite on hwy noticed some noise. When got home in Stone Mountain the security guard at my gate said something was hanging down under car. Thus is unacceptable and I will never bring my car back there again. Left messages with Erika Weaver, advisor on Sunday night and responded to Jona who had texted me on Sunday. I know things happen but we cannot drive the car and will try to make it to Firestibe in Perimeter this morning. More

Randy Salmon, our salesman, was great - friendly, helpful, professional, and willing to do his best to try to work out a deal. Unfortunately, he got off of work while we had gone to grab a bite to eat and deliberate making an offer on the used Sienna we had test driven Tried to work out a deal when we first drove the 139 miles from our home in the Chattanooga area on a Friday. Melvin told us he couldn't go any lower than Randy had offered us. So, we went home. Got a call from Randy on Monday wanting to work out a deal. Somehow they could magically come down some the week after our visit. They didn't quite meet us in the middle, but did come down. On Tuseday, we came to a verbal agreement, including delivery of the van, since we should've been able to work it out when we were there in the first place. Wednesday they changed the deal to no longer include delivery. We argued it for a while, then came to a new agreement, including picking it up at a Nalley dealership in Marietta, instead. It turned out that the van was from an area hit hard by Hurricane Irma, so we had them double check that the van hadn't had any flood damage. After we received word back that the van definitely hadn't had any flood damage, we sent in our pre-approved loan paperwork. Randy called us back the Thursday to let us know that the dealership sold the van 10 minutes before our paperwork got there. Never once, had they asked for deposit on the van. They could've closed the deal while we were there in the first place. They could've had integrity and honored the original deal and we would've closed the deal several days earlier. I guess we should be thankful that we didn't wind up buying a van from a dealership that blatantly lacks integrity. I do have to say that Randy Salmon was great throughout the whole process. He went to bat for us on the price, the dealership changing the deal on us, and them selling it out from under us. Nalley then had the gall to have someone call back to follow up with us, without letting them know anything that went on. They didn't bother to call and apologize, even though Randy couldn't apologize enough for the dealership's behavior. More

I wanted to take a moment and thank the Team at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest (especially T’Neshia) for everything you did to help make the purchase of my I wanted to take a moment and thank the Team at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest (especially T’Neshia) for everything you did to help make the purchase of my “gently used 2017 Camry” a relatively painless experience. In early 2017 I purchased an almost new 2016 Camry. On 1/8/18 a School bus backed onto my Camry and totaled it. The next day, totally out of the blue, I received a "cold call" from T’Neshia, asking if I would possibly be interested in trading in my 2016 Camry and upgrading to a newer car. I laughed with her and told her that the previous day my car had been totaled, and YES whenever I settle my claim with the State I will be in the market for a new car. Even though it took 2 months to settle my claim, she kept in touch with me and would call whenever a car would come in that she thought I’d like. I was very particular with what I wanted, and she didn't waste my time on other things just to make a sale. She checked the inventory several times for me at all of the Nalley locations, and sent me photos of different cars trying to help me find "just the right one". I’m happy to say that I purchased the perfect car from Nalley Stonecrest recently with her assistance. T’Neshia deserves recognition for her diligence, professional demeanor, and conscientiousness. In my opinion, she is a true asset for Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. She made this very unpleasant process for me much easier than it could have been. I will definitely recommend her and the rest of the Team to anyone that I know who may be in the market for an automobile. Thanks to all of the Nalley Stonecrest Team for the great work!!! Joyce More
