Brandon always explains all points of service, and on one occasion I needed a service other than routine maintenance. His explanation of the service and why made me feel at ease. More
Excellent service. Customer care is a priority. Joseph kept me informed as work was being completed on my car. He offered transportation service to the mall while I waited. Brian and Freddie are amazing I was very sceptical at first about even looking for a vehicle because I recently had a bankruptcy discharged and didn't think I'd find a car I want w I was very sceptical at first about even looking for a vehicle because I recently had a bankruptcy discharged and didn't think I'd find a car I want with financing terms I could be comfortable with. I spoke with Brian and told him what I was looking for and before I knew it, he sent me some options and began the search for my financing approval. He and Freddie were patient and communicated very well with me. They were able to get me in the car I wanted at a down payment and monthly payment I was comfortable with! The process was so smooth and pretty quick as well. I am so thankful for Brian Hunt and Freddie Watson! They are truly amazing and I'd definitely want them to help me in the future! Reggie spent extra time helping me with the setups on the radio that I did not understand. When I purchased the Rav 4 no one knew how to do this function. Reggie jumped in and speeded right thru the process and showed me other function also. I was happy to get this done after 10,000 miles. I hope to get to work with Reggie and Toni again. Just as it was today. Kudos to Shawn and the rest of the team ( the young lady that greeted me and the technician that service my. I recall Butler Toyota (Indiana, Indianapolis) having team colors - Red, Green and Blue Teams. Every customer was assigned to a team which I really liked.
