Also, in the emailed offer, I can see each detail breakdown and have an idea on which basic accessories are included. Amien is very professional and patient. Yes, he want to sell the car, but he was not pushing. He answered all my questions, showed me a lot of amazing features on both Corolla and Camry (I was interested in both and finally decided Camry). And his English is good for a Chinese to understand (I thought he intentionally slowed down his pace of speaking). He is a good guy to work with, and he is willing to help even after I made the deal. I was a bit tired when getting to the financing office and bought some services that I probably would not need. But when I returned the same day and asked to cancel those services, the process was surprisingly smooth and had the full refund (actually will go to my financing payment). More
