Randall Smith is the Bomb!! I went into the dealership not expecting to walk out with a vehicle. I wanted to look and see what they had, not only did I get the vehicle I was loo I went into the dealership not expecting to walk out with a vehicle. I wanted to look and see what they had, not only did I get the vehicle I was looking for and much more but Randall actually knew the previous owners of the vehicle I purchased and sold their next vehicle to them within the previous 24 hours of my visit. I received full coverage and beyond new tires and a full tank of gas which is just unheard of! I still get phone calls over two months later to see if I am still pleased with my purchase. I am more then pleased and could not be happier with my purchase and the service I receive time and time again. I will for sure be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Nalley Stonecrest Totoya and as long as Randall still works there he will be my sales man!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Randall a million times over!!!!!!!!!!! More

Excellent service. Customer care is a priority. Joseph kept me informed as work was being completed on my car. He offered transportation service to the mall while I waited.
