I understand the company is trying to improve your system but if the recommended communication is not clear for a 5th grader, then the service professional needs to step it up. With this last visit, they both fail me. Recommendation were communicated to via text that did not convey the importance of the service. Then the service professional spoke to me in condescending manner and could not answer questions even after he had to go and get the information each time. The recommendation communication needs to be able to be understood all instead of just information only. Don’t get me wrong, the information was great, but customer must be able to understand how dire the attention is. And the service professional definitely needs additional training. More

My last visit with the service department was very unacceptable. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and still did not get it due to the time constraints. The disappointing part is none of the unacceptable. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and still did not get it due to the time constraints. The disappointing part is none of the service advisors seemed to think that this was a matter of importance of having to wait that long and not get any service done very disappointing . The reason the service didn’t get done is because of the time constraint and I had to leave for a doctors appointment, which I was made them aware of. I have never experienced such negativity and lack of concern since I have been there and purchased my vehicle there. More

I had a lot of anxiety helping my senior parents shop for a 2025 Toyota Camry. I decided to use the internet after my father presented me offers from the two Toyota dealerships closest to him that he had visited. With the desired trim, exterior/interior color, package, and price desired out the door, I sent pricing proposals to 10 different Toyota dealerships. Less than half responded positively, but Eric Smith along with his Sales Manager, Jason Tootle, made a compelling offer, and answered several rounds of questions immediately. The terms were based on a car he had to obtain in a trade from another dealer. We decided to visit the dealership and take a test drive. Eric helped us relax with his sales style and we NEVER felt rushed or pressured. My parents decided to put a down payment on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the traded car deal fell through, but Jason assured us he had already secured another Camry with the same particulars. It wasn’t but a couple of weeks later that the car arrived. We arrived at 9:30, and by noon, we were on the road. I was concerned that one of the options on the original quote was not on the replacement vehicle, but Jason made it right. My parents just called and said how ecstatic they were about their new ’25 Camry and said if I spoke to Eric or Jason, to thank them again. If you’re shopping via the internet, be sure to include Nalley Toyota of Union City on your short list of dealers to obtain a fair proposal, or head-in to see Eric Smith. They weren’t the closest dealership, but worth the drive. And if you have “car shopping anxiety” like I did initially, as of July 2024, this is the dealership you want to visit. And if they don’t have what you want, they most likely can get it. You can really feel them working for you. Good Luck ! More
