UNETHICAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY I called the Nalley Toyota of Union City to inquire about a 2018 Lexus GX that was listed for sale on their website. I was assigned a sales agent nam I called the Nalley Toyota of Union City to inquire about a 2018 Lexus GX that was listed for sale on their website. I was assigned a sales agent named Thomas Brown. After several calls and emails, Thomas Brown, his managers (George and Jeff Davenport), and I came to a deal. The deal was contingent on me giving them my personal information and credit card information to place a hold on the vehicle, as I do not live local and would not be able to make it to the dealership for a couple days. I gave them all the information they requested and was guaranteed that my vehicle would be there for me to pick-up. Thomas Brown called me the next day and told me that everything was good, not to worry, and they were searching for the second key for the vehicle (including calling the previous owner to see if she had it). I cancelled all my appointments, rearranged my week, and made plans to go get the vehicle. I called Thomas Brown back the day before departing and was told that he could not hold vehicles for customers and that the car was being sold as we spoke on the phone and let me go. I called back asking for clarification and how this could be. We had a contract and deposit. He then said he was looking for another vehicle for me. I was offered a different Lexus GX at a higher price, because they could no longer honor our original agreement, because they were selling the car. I refused the higher price vehicle and asked to speak with a manager. He said he would pass my information along. No one called or emailed me back. I called back and left a message for the General Manager to please call me and sent an email to the manager that approved the original deal, but have heard nothing back. I then researched the other vehicle they offered me and found that it was at Nalley Lexus and called them. I told them of what had occurred and they said that they could not honor the price that Thomas and George gave me because it was below their cost. The agent at Lexus also told me that she had just helped someone else that the exact same thing had happened to (except they had flown in one way from NC). My advise for anyone looking to buy from this dealership is to RUN. They are not honest or trustworthy. They will gather all of your personal information, make a contractual deal with you, take your credit card or banking information for a deposit, and then sell the car out from under you. BEWARE!! They do not care about the customer or how you are treated! More

Unprofessional I made an appointment to have Apple Car Play installed in my 2018 Camry and was told there would not be a charge because I purchased my car from this I made an appointment to have Apple Car Play installed in my 2018 Camry and was told there would not be a charge because I purchased my car from this dealership. Upon arrival I was told there would be a $75 charge which I agreed to pay. Next I was told I would have to wait 3-4 hours for this and I agreed to that also. Finally, I was told that it couldn’t be done because there was only one person there who could do it. I was told to make another appointment after driving an hour to get this done. I was highly pissed because I feel that they just didn’t want to do it. I was even told by the service advisor that he could do it but he wouldn’t because he doesn’t get paid for it. I received several email reminders about my appointment so I didn’t understand why it couldn’t be done. I went inside and asked a salesman to speak with the manager but instead he tried to get me to trade in my car. I left even more furious after wasting even more time. I called the service department again to speak with the manager. I was told that I would receive a call back and I never did. I do not recommend using this dealership. More
