When I said Scotchgard is not an option I’m interested in, they said they were required to put it on every car that leaves the lot. They were willing to haggle the price a little lower then magically this mandatory $600 Scotchgard was added and I was told no it hasn’t been added yet but has to be. THEY HAD NOT PUT IT ON YET BUT IT WAS A MANDATORY OPTION! I’ve never dealt with xxxx like this before so willing to bold face lie and break the law. More

Worse car buying experience left me scarred a day ago I usually dont write reviews but due to the fact that I am still receiving notices to sign up for a car I dont have merits a letter . This dealership made my car buying experience the worse . I was recommended to this dealership by a friend who had bad credit and they worked with her those days seemed to be gone . When I filled out the online application I was told to come in I was given to Tay who was a good salesperson. He brought to me a nice I believe 2016 Toyota Camry nice vehicle. However , my credit wouldn't support this vehicle with the bank as I was told . I was then shown a 2019 Toyota Corolla base model nice car however I am 6"3 1/2 3plus . Due to my size and the astronomical payment I couldnt in my right mind see myself driving off the lot with this type of car that I would most likely keep for a year due to me getting my credit in order. I spoke with the manager and he suggested a possible co signer . The route I didnt want to take but was willing to so I could advance my credit position. I called on a family member who came to my aid . They filled out a credit app on tuesday. The dealership along with mine ran our credit maybe 20 times my family member has excellent credit 7plus . However , my family lives out of state . This seemed to cause this dealership tons of problems. The night I went to pick up the car I picked out the car we agreed to my payment amount, was given the vin number to car ,got car insured , salesperson even filled up tank took stickers off vehicle. Only to find out that more info was needed from co signer mind you we been waiting to sign the papers for two hours before i was told this . So I had to leave with out the car . There was more fumbles but I dont want to type the ordeal .I think the last I was told they was sending someone to my family memebers state to sign their half of the contract I guess they are walked that was maybe a month ago now . Now all i receive is emails welcoming me to the Toyota family and the vin number of the car I dont have . I can say Nalley definitely taught me a lesson I will never in my life go through this again made to feel less than because of my credit for that I thank you . When I am ready to buy my Toyota Camry and I will ,it will not be from your dealership and I will discourage as many people as I can to go elsewhere. I know you will read this and give the same generic responses call the general manager no have your general manager call me that is customer service . Thank you for your time. Rude and unprofessional Will never go back to this dealership, ever. The service manager accidentally added 100000 miles to my car on the record. He promised to have someone correct the number. Got the statement and still wrong. Now all my carfax record is showing the excessive miles. I had to Drive back to dealship and met Clyde. He said he could not fix it. Told me it will be corrected when I bring the car for the service next time. And boldly told me twice "Dont Make a Fuss with me." oh really, you think I will go back to this place and have a service treatment like this? I insist that he needs to find a remedy for the error. Eventually he issued a new service order for mileage correction. But what an attitude towards your customers. Never have such a bad experience with any car dealership before. This is my last time to have service at this place for sure. I wish I could get zero star for the rating. More

I almost always leave a satisfied customer. I have been a customer with Toyota of Union City since 2000 when it was Legacy Toyota. I am on my third Avalon and I love it. For the past several years, Clyde Chapman has been my service advisor and I trust him implicitly. He has never disappointed me and is always assisting me with what is important about the service needs of my car. I tried another service advisor once and was royally ripped off. I vowed never to deal with anyone but Clyde after that. I will and have followed him anywhere. He is exceptional and should he leave this location I will be right behind him even if it means purchasing another brand of automobile. I have been driving 48 years and I have never had a service provider like him He is simply the best, bar none! More
