I was notify by karma and one of the bank that my reports was pulled more than one. Called them for explanation and no one reply. Even though I spoke to Cody and he said he would let manager called be back. That same manager tried to sell me a suv with a cracked part. Than offer twice the amount to repair if I wanted it. Dealing with Erik started our search for a new Avalon where we met Cody Preston who was knowledgeable and helpful. We found just the Avalon we wanted and at a competitive price. The only negative I would mention is that the paperwork completion process took a bit longer than necessary, probably due to high sales volume. More

If "Zero" were an option As of today (August 1, 2016) I have submitted two consumer report complaints, retained an attorney, drafted 9+ letters to financial institutions with As of today (August 1, 2016) I have submitted two consumer report complaints, retained an attorney, drafted 9+ letters to financial institutions with copies to the major credit bureaus, and submitted a "cease action" letter to Toyota of Union City. Why? Well...: 1) Toyota of Union City refuses to meet its obligations set forth in ITS contract. Meaning? Toyota of Union City refuses to pay off the trade-in vehicle that which they made an offer. As a result, I am paying on a vehicle I no longer possess in order to maintain my credit. Additionally, I am paying on the new vehicle that I purchased from the dealership - but thankfully, I have possession of said vehicle. 2) Toyota of Union City, has been, for the past SIXTY (60) DAYS fraudulently submitting auto finance applications to various financers without my knowledge and/or consent. Why? Unsure! But it's an illegal practice and thus I've contacted an attorney. The result of their actions is that my credit score is declining because of the multiple inquiries. 3) Toyota of Union City had 45 days since the date of my legal, and official, purchase of my vehicle to submit all appropriate documents to the DMV. We have exceeded said 45 days and are now beyond 60 days and yet the DMV has no record of Toyota of Union City submitting the necessary documents (payments) to the DMV allowing me to register my vehicle. Why? Unsure! But, I've come to learn that this is common practice with this dealership. They've been arbitrated and sued due to this shady and irresponsible practice. Next steps? Legal Action. If I could give this dealership a zero I would, but by default I had to give it a ranking. More
