Never helped with cancellations of warranties They never did cancel them for me, even though I asked well within the 30 day time frame. And when I finally decided to fax cancellation form to warranty company, they said the dealership never even said I paid for one of the four I was cancelling, though I signed to pay them $1099 for that particular warranty. So I may have paid $1099 for no warranty and not ever have known! Also, when I gave the salesman a score of 5 out of what? on the Toyota survey, he called to tell me he was suspended due to my action on the survey about him. The whole deal with them makes me upset that I ever went to them in the first place. More
Unperformed service Took my 2014 Tundra in for service. They were supposed to rotate tires, change oil, etc. I am older and much wiser now so before I left, I marked bo Took my 2014 Tundra in for service. They were supposed to rotate tires, change oil, etc. I am older and much wiser now so before I left, I marked both of my rear tires at the valve stem with a red sharpie to make sure the service was performed. When I arrived to pick up my truck, it was sitting outside. The first thing I did was looked at the back tires...surprise, the red arrows were still on the back tires. I went in and spoke to the Asst. Service Manager, Jeff Waddy. I casually asked if they rotated the tires and he said yes (and that was indicated on the ticket). I said, no they didn't and told him the tires had been marked. There is no way of telling how many services were NOT actually performed on other customer cars. If I had not marked my tires, I would not have known. Toyota of Union City is VERY UNETHICAL and I WILL NOT be doing business here again. The truck was also purchased from this dealership...never again! If I could give them a 0 rating I would! More

I came their 2x's working with 2 other salesman, but Edd Green took care of me. He just said ( Hi can I help you) and it went from there, Edd is a honest ,straightforward, dependable, man. If they say they can't he will try any way so you can go home in your new car Happy that day. Edd Green will be my car salesperson for life . Thanks again Edd. More

Making the deal is time consuming this dealership tries to hard to keep all the incentives in house and not share with the consumer. I'm very disappointed in how this dealership values the customers time. Yes I'd rather not have to go to far to waste more of my time, so I buy from my local dealers hoping their attention to details will improve. More
PURCHASE PRICE MORE THAN ADVERTISED PRICE ON WEBSITE!!! I purchased a overly price 2012 Toyota Camry from Union City Toyota and when brought to the attention of my sales rep and his manager I was given $500 I purchased a overly price 2012 Toyota Camry from Union City Toyota and when brought to the attention of my sales rep and his manager I was given $500 back. The difference is nearly $5,000 from what I paid and what was advertised online. I am a very unhappy customer. More
