Exceptional Customer Service I came to the Toyota dealership and did not know if I was going to purchase a vehicle that day, however I did. I was greeted when I came through the doors by Mr. Cody Preston. He was smiling from ear to ear. I looked and saw such a young person, that I automatically assumed that he was not going to know anything.. Boy was I fooled every question that I threw at him, about the Toyota he answered, I asked about the crash reports, and numerous other questions. I gave him a hard time about what I really wanted still a unsure if I wanted a Toyota, since I had a 2014 Honda Accord... I wanted him to tell me why I needed to switch to Toyota. He explained that while they are both good cars, Toyota has the highest standing reviews when it comes to crashes, and the longevity of the vehicle. He was so polite and funny... I asked why was there plastic on the seats... LOL.. I also had the pleasure to meet the finance manager who was so nice. and very informative... I would recommend Toyota of Union City to all of my friends and family. More
