Other car dealerships in the past have always came with a smile but railroaded us. When we first entered, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the fresh fruits, rolls and coffee. Ronald Steele treated the both of us like family. There was just something beyond just the sell of the car that comforted us about him. He could feel that we had been burn so many times and felt hopeless; but told us not only about our situation he showed us a future way of not making the same mistakes about continuing to have bad credit. Again he looked at the whole picture of who we were and not just our present circumstances. When I realized that he had helped me to purchased my first new car at age 58 I cried.
