They were really friendly and tried to find a car for us. The process was really slow. We spent at least almost 3 hours with the process without any drink or water. The coffee machine was empty. The worst part was that we could not register our vehicle because the dealer have not mailed us any document to register (as promised). How can I drive a car without valid tag? We called the dealer all day yesterday, and we tried many times in the next day, and got a answering mechine. Then, we finally talked with one of staffs and told us that the document would be late. Driving with invalid car document may give me a bad driving history or a police record, even the dealer would take care the police ticket. I do not expect much with the service after sale. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
