i originally came to Toyota of Union City for Service. While waiting for my car I was touring the car lot looking at the new models along with my niece and sister. Andrew didn't let that no stop him, he proceeded to escort us around the lot showing us various cars and telling us about the new features in the camry which is what i owned. When we completed the tour we went inside and next thing lead to the next and i was buying a new that i am very very happy with. More

The customer service my wife and I received was extremely remarkable. It was a very cold and windy night, I did not feel like shopping but Quintone went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When we left we knew that although we have bad credit that we had made the right decision. I recommended Toyota Union City to my neighbor but when she got there Quintone was on vacation. This did not stop the staff from taking excellent care of her. She purchased a car and was able to stay within budget thanks to Toyota finance team. If there was a higher rating it is deserved by Quintone and his team. More
