Dodge City Promaster was taken in for 40k maintenance and sensor repair to the side doors. I'm now on three trips to rectify what should be routine maintenance for any dealership. 1. The filter was installed incorrectly, which caused the AC to "hum" when turned on. 2. For the tire alignment, weights were never applied, and the van was shaking when speeds exceeded 50 mph. 3. Door sensors are jammed in the door, not allowing the door to open. More

We had an appointment on a Tuesday and by Friday, no one had even looked at it. We had to rent a vehicle while it was in the shop so basically we rented a vehicle for four extra days. It may even have been had even looked at it. We had to rent a vehicle while it was in the shop so basically we rented a vehicle for four extra days. It may even have been longer, but we picked up the car and told them to forget it. We took it somewhere else. More
My experience at Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was awful. I knew I had a bad motor mount on my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica because I had the same issue 18 months ago and the Chrysler Dealer in Tinley Park awful. I knew I had a bad motor mount on my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica because I had the same issue 18 months ago and the Chrysler Dealer in Tinley Park, IL fixed it and the knocking noise went away. So now the knocking is back and I bring it to CDJR and tell them what it is and ask them to fix it. They told me there would be a diagnostic fee of $178 and that would be applied to the cost of the service. Okay, fine, just fix it. The technician performs a diagnostic, which now costs $259.98 and says the motor mounts are fine but that I need a fresh air duct in the engine bay to address the knocking noise. Justin Reynolds said they had no loaner vehicles that I could use while the repairs were being completed but that the dealer would cover the cost of a rental. I pick up my Van 2 days later and my bill is $658.39 for the new fresh air duct and the car rental. Based on market data for this repair the price was very inflated, and worse, the knocking is still there. It’s the xxxx motor mounts. To sum up my experience, I over paid for a service that didn’t address my problem. Now I’m out $658.39 and my Pacifica still makes the knocking noise. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and I will be sharing this review with any social media platform I can post it to and with Chrysler Administrative offices. More
Didn’t tell the whole truth. Didn’t cut the key after programming the key. Charged tax plus a fee on top of it. The key programing was quoted at $150 which should have been $10 t Didn’t cut the key after programming the key. Charged tax plus a fee on top of it. The key programing was quoted at $150 which should have been $10 tax that cost me another $18 on top of tax total being $178. Gave my car an over all check up without even asking, wasting over a half hour of my time. Gave me an estimate of around $2000 to do everything that had just been done by the dealership that I purchased the 2025 used car from a week earlier. Warning! warning! FYI More
