Frank was my Service Advisor. I had my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan towed in late on Monday without an appointment. Frank called me first thing Tuesday morning and prom I had my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan towed in late on Monday without an appointment. Frank called me first thing Tuesday morning and promised that he would do his best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. This minivan is modified to transport a wheelchair and it's the only means of transportation for the disabled young adult that I care for. By Wednesday morning the van had been inspected and required a water pump, new radiator cap, fixing a serious oil leak, oil and filter change, replacing several computer modules, interior ventilation filter replacement, new rear wiper blade and tire rotation and balance. All of the work was quickly and efficiently completed and the van was ready first thing Friday morning. This was absolutely amazing because I did not have a service appointment scheduled. Also, Frank astutely coordinated the work to try and insure that it was done in the most economical way. Frank called me at least once - sometimes twice a day with updates. I'll definitely be requesting Frank as my Service Advisor the next time that my van requires service. I am very happy with this service experience. Thank you Frank! More

Every employee I walked past or passed me was friendly and offered to help me- more than I needed but, impressive. Picked up used Pacifica yesterday, wife and I were disappointed following the certified inspection and detailing: a second row seat that wouldn’t ‘lock’ securely into place wasn’t identified/repaired prior to delivery. It moved/rocked forward & back 4-6”, possibly unsafe for a passenger during an accident. After contacting service dept., and technician was unable to immediately correct, he readily agreed to order a replacement base for seat. Detailing was ok except for numerous leaves left on hood, near-under wipers and many more trapped in several places in engine bay. The top of the van looked like it wasn’t washed; densely covered with well-adhered droppings or particles. Hopefully this will also be corrected when seat is repaired. Otherwise, so far so good. More
