I waited a month and a half to write this review after purchasing my 2019 SRT Jeep to give sales a chance to resolve issues. My issue has not been resolved. The only person who truly cared about my issue purchasing my 2019 SRT Jeep to give sales a chance to resolve issues. My issue has not been resolved. The only person who truly cared about my issue was the Service Director— which the sales manager Marcos pushed onto the service director. After several emails, phone calls and multiple run arounds— absolutely nothing has been resolved. Customer service after a sale is very important to me and unfortunately your sales department could not provide that. More
