I had an appt at 11:00. Needed to get an oil change and have tire pressure checked as well as another sensor. I arrived 20 minutes early . The service person said it would be done at 12:30. At 2:00, the car was still not serviced. and I needed to pick my husband up at dialysis. I left without an oil change. One person told me as I picked up my car, that oil changes are on a first come first served basis. Then why did they allow me to make an appointment. More
Vito was awesome to deal with and made the whole car buying experience very easy for me. He was upfront about everything before we made the 140 mile drive to look at the 2019 challenger I wanted. I just purchased my 2018 Dodge Challenger from these guys and FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I didn't hate my car buying experience. I purchased a Car off the internet for full asking price (2020 Pacifica with 33K miles). I signed the contract they sent me, wired the funds (that is right they had all my money) and thought it was done. (2020 Pacifica with 33K miles). Later that day I was called and told the price was a "mistake" and it needed to be increased by $2400. I said that was not right since I already had a signed contract with my sales person (Vito). I was told another manager would contact me the following morning. The next day Daniel called and told me when he went to fill the car up on gas it went into "limp" mode and so they could not sell me the car. I suggested the service department should first look at it (since there was still factory warranty on it) and get it fixed. He hesitantly agreed, but called me back in an hour and said it was not fixable and that they would not sell me a car that was "unsafe". They retuned my money by check about 3 days later. More
