You should feel very fortunate you have Justin working at your dealership.. I have a leased car and told John this when I walked in..he loaded me up with service items that needed to be done well beyond the your dealership.. I have a leased car and told John this when I walked in..he loaded me up with service items that needed to be done well beyond the miles on the vehicle, by their accounting. When I came to pick up the car, John had no idea who Emkay was and told me to call them. Fortunately I saw Justin (incredibly well versed/efficient) and asked for his assistance..he took over and submitted the info to Emkay…I received approval from the company due to the service work was already completed. All good..but certainly could/should of been easier. Thank Justin once again for taking over. More
