The most terrible and thieving dealer I have ever been in. Over $400.00 dollars to share your a/c system. That was it nothing else was done. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Service is prompt UNTIL they get your vehicle. After that, you're at their mercy. All my appointments have been between 8-10 am, and every time, I spend 5-8 hours in there. I'm forced to go there because that's the closest to me. This last time, today, not only did I spend 5 hours in there, they charged my card twice, and now the refund will take 3-5 business days to refund. It took them that long to replace a hose that takes 5 minutes. They knew it was covered under warranty yet they claimed that was the reaso n it took so long. That was the biggest crock of xxxx I've ever heard. I think next time I'll drive to the dealership a couple of hours away and take my chances at getting potentially better service. I attempted to reach the General Manager but got a voicemail, which I left a message. I'm still waiting for a response. I highly recommend going elsewhere. More
