Maybe Naples needs another Dodge dealership to help service it’s clients. More

Asked for an oil change and my tires rotated and filled up. You guys ONLY did an oil change. Asked about my tires because they are losing tread and I haven't even put 30k miles on them. Was told that it was "normal" and was immediately told I should get the same tires (which have a 50k mile warranty on) and was felt like I was being pushed to have it done. I pay for extended warranty on my car. Everytime except once (which was during the middle of covid) I've felt like I'm just a cash grab not a valued customer at all. Also you guys need to expand or move your garage around. Getting in and out of that area is a joke More
