The review is for the service dept at Naples Dodge. I had a scheduled appointment for the first oil change. We arrived on time and waited to check in while the service reps were sitting and chatting w I had a scheduled appointment for the first oil change. We arrived on time and waited to check in while the service reps were sitting and chatting with each other or looking at their phones. The service rep was very polite, however. The oil change and tire rotation took almost three hours. Then at check out my original bill was over $200. After I asked what the Naples Advantage plan covered, someone from the parts dept stepped in and said he'll correct that. Thirty minutes later the bill was $86. So for a tire rotation and oil change it took almost 3.5 hours. I don't believe the Naples Advantage is worth the price. More

Made appointment for oil change and rotation, supposedly a "no cost benefit" with purchase. Two plus hours after arriving I check to see how much longer...they tell me maybe 30-45 minutes. Different guy told me original rep should've quoted 3-4 hours for service. If she had, I would've never agreed to wait here. Also was told that oil change and rotations are first cone first serve, even with an appointment. I made appointment specifically for these services, why offer scheduling and how long should this actually take? I asked the guy what a typical oil change and rotation takes and he told me an hour and a half or more!!!! Wow, that is not in my opinion express service. Honestly not one person even bothers to care that my time is not being respected because I'm not "paying" for this service...but trust me, I paid for it in the price of the vehicle. I really don't like this dealership or the service department here. I waited two and a half hours for this basic service WITH an appointment. More
