A connector in the airbag was not completely secured causing the airbag indicating light to go off again, so I had to return the vehicle to have that fixed. My car has been at the dealership for 4 business days for service for suspected TIPM issues, and NO ONE has contacted me, yet, about my car's issues! Such a lack of customer service. I have placed phone call service for suspected TIPM issues, and NO ONE has contacted me, yet, about my car's issues! Such a lack of customer service. I have placed phone calls, left messages, sent an email, but no calls or email returned. I have been given names for 3 different people involved with the service of my vehicle, but I have not been contacted by any of them. I needed to know by Saturday if my car would be returned, so if not, I could secure a way to work on Monday. No calls returned. I finally had someone take me to the dealership Sat. afternoon. I was told they were still trying to determine the issue with my car. Here it is Monday afternoon, and no one has called me about my car. I have never dealt with such a lack of communication or care about a customer. I will not deal again with Naples Chrysler Dodge after this experience, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. More
