Our service advisor “RUDY” was AWFUL. Dismissive, rude, short, arrogant, and lied to us. GREAT SERVICE REP.... NOT SO SURE FROM THERE Made an appointment days in advance... Greeting on arrival was prompt. Service Rep was knowledgable and on point. Surprised to hear they couldn't even look at my car the same day although I'd made an appointment. an A/C issue under warranty and tires checked, one repaired. Was done the next day. Both visits the place was surprisingly quiet. Very little staff around. My rep (John Woodward) greeted me and we settled the invoice. When he left to retrieve vehicle, he asked if i wanted it washed... an automatic procedure with most dealerships to just do it without asking. A/C repair fixed, no issue. Curious that tires were checked, one repaired (screw removed/plugged) but all four tires had wildly different psi (36, 41, 38, 41)... seems tech would make use of a gauge...? More

We had a leaking engine fluid reservoir and our engine temperature gauge was indicating a hot engine temperature.. Luckily we knew where the Chrysler Dealer is and had them check out the problem.
