Went there because i wanted professional service from the dealer. They did diagnostic and multi point inspection, told me that I need electronic throttle replaced. I wanted second opinion and compare quotes dealer. They did diagnostic and multi point inspection, told me that I need electronic throttle replaced. I wanted second opinion and compare quotes so I took it to the different mechanic. There I found out that my lower ball joints were in terrible condition and front tires were worn badly because of that. I didn’t understand how did Jeep let me drive away and didn’t even mention anything about my tires/ball joints. I went to speak to the Jeep manager who simply said his mechanic overlooked it and he is sorry! We paid $ 178 for diagnostics which he refused to refund or do anything for us at all. Terrible customer service! More
