Last year when I leased my vehicle I was told there was a windshield treatment that repelled water. This coating needs to be reapplied, and I was entitled to 3 applications. Great service, but embarrassingly old, beat up high mileage loaners. This place is absolute chaos. Impossible to reach service department over multiple days. Scheduled an appointment in advance, Brought my 2017 in for 2 things. Our Durango quit running on Santa Barbara Avenue, the sheriff had the car towed to Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. So our visit was totally unexpected. Fortunately we were met by Service advisor Laura V sheriff had the car towed to Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. So our visit was totally unexpected. Fortunately we were met by Service advisor Laura Velasquez. She quickly completed all the paper work to get our car scheduled for repairs, she assisted in getting a rental car, she provided information on how to get the tow truck invoice reimbursed and I was out the door in a reasonable time frame. Laura texted each advising what was happening with the car and when the repairs were completed she had the car cleaned and ready when I arrived for pickup. We also appreciated the video we received from the mechanic who had done the service work on our car. He explained what he found and what repairs he made. We had to Wait a couple of days for a part, but the weight was made easier because we were informed what was happening. Thank Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More
