I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and worked directly with Jarrett Frericks in the service department. He was professional and on point in explaining the maintenance work recommended and I agree directly with Jarrett Frericks in the service department. Jarrett promised the work would be done same day (which I doubted because I dropped it off early afternoon on a Saturday), but sure enough he called me a few hours later to say the work was complete and it was ready to be picked up. I picked up the vehicle on Monday. His communication was excellent in person, via text and on the phone. I got a video link texted to me directly by the mechanic, which was also excellent, and Jarrett told me to expect to see a video. Everything about this experience was first rate. I hope to work with Jarrett directly on future service visits, but he's so new to the dealership that he didn't even have business cards printed up yet. Hopefully you'll get him some business cards he can use. More
