The customer service and professionalism that my wife and I were given was amazing, from the begging to the end. Since I had recently purchased a vehicle from them and was stolen, I reached out to John and explained what happened. Amazingly enough, they honored our previous deal to get me back into the same vehicle, which no other dealer was willing to do and believe me, I called all the Infiniti dealer in South Florida. Notice, I live 2 hours away from Naples to be exact and I will take the drive again just to do business with them, specifically with John Lawson and his team. One of the main things that I appreciate and value in doing business with John is that there is no lies, no hidden numbers or fees, the numbers that we discussed never changed!
