I had a great experience with this dealership. I sent a message online about a car late one night and the next day Gerosky sent me a video of himself showing me features of the car. This was great because I live over 3 hours from this dealer! Price offered was far below recommended price on edmunds and true car so I didn’t feel the need to negotiate lower price. In fact similar car was 10,000 more at my local dealer. This dealer offered me fair price on my trade in as well and low low interest on my loan. All the papers were drawn up before I came to pick up car. I was late picking up the car because I was coming after work. Gerosky had Jonathan meet me and several other people stayed late as well. When I got there car was washed and ready to go. Jonathan’s was upbeat and cheerful. Really helpful with last few details. No bait and switch. He also assured me that he would have drove the car to me and picked up my trade in as well. I was extremely happy with the entire deal. Although I passed by three other Infiniti dealers driving from tampa to Naples in a storm to get this car, I would do it again. Shopping for a car and spending hours in the dealership is not my idea of fun. I found a car I was interested in at Naples Infiniti and reached out on a Sun. Jonathan went above and beyond to answer all my questions in addition to customizing a video of the CPO car that peaked my intrest. I was even more intrigued that he offered to bring me the car. What could be better about car shopping without going to the car dealership? Nothing! Jonathan took care of everything and stayed on top of my ever question and concern!!
