We were surprised recently, when looking to Lease an Infinity QX-50 for my wife, that the frustration, long time, and complicated experience of leasing a car also would so unfortunately occur at higher status dealerships, like Infinity! We had in mind I would be like buying a Tesla, Mercedes, BMW, etc.! As a Tesla model S owner, previous driver of Mercedes, BMW, and Maserati we knew that when buying such brands, we had no issues whatsoever! We were treated with respect and the deals were done without complication, extra timing, and they were not in any way frustrating! Our search started in South Florida within a 50 miles radius of our home in Boca Raton. All of the local Infinity Dealerships were contacted either via text, phone, or e-mail as we searched for the best lease deal. As experienced car buyers and as said recent Lessee, we asked to each one of those South Florida Infinity Dealerships many questions, indeed many! We saw a lack of will of quick response by pretty much most of them, and the huge difference in approach of the “money down” and “fees”, “capitalized cost”, “money factor, “residual”! Well, an Infinity QX-50 is the same on dealership 1, 2, 3, or 4! So why so many difference tactics on the leasing of the same type of vehicle? Good Question, right? Well we were giving up when a text message came our way! Because we had researched on line the site “TrueCar”, due to the unhelpfulness experienced with the Infinity South Florida dealers we were in contact on our search for the ideal Lease of the QX-50, Naples Infinity text from a Sales person under the name of Gerosky indeed very politely reached out phone on the 16th of July 2020 welcoming me to his Naples Infinity Dealership, introduced himself, and asked me “what information he should provide me”! Well, let me tell you, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Gerosky in a few minutes texted me back some of the information that I eventually would be looking for. On the 17th, the very next day he had found the deal I was expecting, reduced my “money down” to be what I was looking for and his Lease Offer monthly payment was just some dollars above my budget. Well, again, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Gerosky, a person that I have never spoke with, about 123 miles from my residence was committing himself, in a true WIT way, to personally deliver the car, bring all the papers, and take back our Mazda CX-5 which lease was expiring soon! Thing about that! We needed to go 123 miles from our home to find an Infinity Dealer that did not play with the numbers, did not hide any information, and that got a deal for us pretty close of what we were originally looking for, in about 24 hours!
