He's always stayed in touch with me throughout the years to ensure I'm still excited about my ride and reminding me he's available to assist me if needed. He pays attention to what's important to me, the consumer, so much so, that this year, he pre-selected two new 2020 Q50's that he thought would suit me; sent me two videos (made just for me) and gave me a full tour of the vehicles and their features. I was blown away. The next day, he drove to my new car to my doorstep! Knowledgeable in all facets, taking his time to show me all features, and paperwork was a breeze.
