We negotiated a price for the vehicle, and I booked a flight to Naples to purchase it. Robert was highly accessible and even took the time to speak with me on his day off about my flight and what documentation I needed to provide prior to my arrival. Robert even picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle and had Starbucks coffee waiting on me. Robert had the vehicle detailed prior to my arrival. He noticed some dirt on the fender of the vehicle after the test drive, and he sent it back to the service department to have it washed and waxed again while we completed the sales transaction.
