I also liked the glass wall in the service bay, allowing you to see the technicians working on your car! (This is s 1st...I’ve never seen this before!). I was nice to be able to see the full range of vehicles on the lot and experience all of the colors first hand...you have to see the Red in person it breath taking. Very satisfied customer! I knew that I wanted a QX80. I was at the beginning of my search, and I saw the "one" online at Naples Infiniti. My husband stopped by to inquire. W I knew that I wanted a QX80. I was at the beginning of my search, and I saw the "one" online at Naples Infiniti. My husband stopped by to inquire. When he got there he met John, and John informed him that it was sent to auction. John pulled some strings, and had it back on the lot for us the following morning. We test drove it, and fell in love. We didn't purchase it that day. As a matter of fact, we waited a week, and a week later it was sent back to auction. John promised that he would get it back for us, and he did. He's a man of his word, and a great no pressure salesman to work with. I don't plan on getting a new car anytime soon, but when I do I hope to see John again. John and his associates are extremely friendly and professional. I'd recommend Naples Infiniti to family and friends. More
