One of the easiest car buying experiences I ever had! Speaking to Kris on the phone, he was very polite, I was upfront about my credit, trade In, what I wanted my payment to be and what I had to put down. He was straight forward and told me he understand and would do his best to get me into a new Rogue! I stopped In, test drove and got to work on details. Not much of negotiation needed since we were both on the same page. Waited a bit for finance but everyone from Kris Rivers to Lorie in finance to the salesmanger that introduced himself, the whole crew at Naples Nissan were awesome! I will definatly be recommending to anyone in the car buying market! More
