I just brought my Rogue in for routine service, was offered a loner for the day, and was quickly in and out to start my work day. My vehicle was ready when promised and they keep it in spotless tip-top shape. I had to tell the lady getting my loaner ready “honest to God, this dealership is the best I have ever experienced”. My sales associate, Tucker Strimbu, was very knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful; another sales associate, Matt, had to "pinch hit" for Tucker at one point and, despite having no financial interest in the purchase, he was gracious and very generous with his time with me; the Finance Manager, Lori Roo, is the consummate professional, very patient with me and about whom I can't say enough good things. I had leased a car from Naples Nissan several years ago, and the management of the dealership has completely changed in the interim. That change has resulted in a 180 degree different, better management team from the customer's perspective. If the old management was still there I would never have trusted them to buy a car from the dealership. Now, in contrast, given the character and professionalism of the above personnel I would not go anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle. More
