I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS; PURCHASING TWO NEW NISSAN VEHICLES FROM NAPLES NISSAN AND NOW, JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS MOST CURTIOUS AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH ON EACH AND EVE NISSAN VEHICLES FROM NAPLES NISSAN AND NOW, JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS MOST CURTIOUS AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH ON EACH AND EVERY VISIT. MY MOST RECENT VISIT WAS TO REPAIR A FLAT TIRE. ALTHOUGH THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY, I THOUGHT THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGH; $29.95 PLUS TAX. I WAS EXPECTING A BILL MORE IN THE $20.00 RANGE, SO FUTURE FLAT TIRE REPAIRS MAY BE TAKEN TO A FAMILY RUN LOCAL GARAGE/SERVICE STATION. But the part broke down two minutes after pulling out of the dealership and that was scary as I was just about to get on 75. They are putting in the "factory part" for no additional charge and they did put me in a rental so I really can't complain. I just wanted other remales that perhaps didn't know exactly what the difference in parts to know- Actually, the only reason I go there is to recieve factory parts. Also, don't forget to join the 'reward' program as the savings can really add up for future service discounts! More
