"15000 mile service"

Having made an appointment made things go smoothly. Was met at my car when I arrived, a quick check by the attendant confirmed my appointment and why I was there. I received a brief but thorough summary of what would be done to my vehicle, when it would be ready, and how I was to be contacted when finished. All that took place and I received my car serviced, washed, and vaccummed. The service people were knowledgeable and friendly, were eager to ensure my satisfaction, and performed exactly as they promised. It is obvious that in today's competitive automobile industry, Naples Nissan wants to earn your business. They have definitely earned mine.

"Broken Handles"

Well my 2017 Nissan Envy I bought back in October had a broken driver side door handle since before I bought it. Daryl Day had it fixxed 3x in the 1st 60 days. It kept breaking. Recently it broke again, on both passenger and driver side. Danny is getting it replaced at no cost which is cool. However if it breaks again I am going to consult a lemon law attorney and/or talk to dealership manager about getting a new vehicle. This has to be a recall item. Ryan Delfino 239-908-7694

Only thing I did not get, was the amount of remaking brake pad material. Service was very quick. And timely. I was able to get on with my errands in short order.

Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the service provided by Gabby. Instead of taking the usual 15-20 to get checked in, Gabby was able to do it in only a minute or two. I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle and options available to me in a timely manner. We will be requesting Gabby exclusively from now on when we get our vehicles serviced at Naples Nissan.

I needed my 2011 nissan maxima serviced. Brian dis an excellent job of taking of my car and me. He wss friendly, knowledgeable and commincated any issues with my car. It checked in with to give me updates and the car was finished as promised. It was also ckeaner than when i brought it in which I appreciated.

"Service was efficient, on time, and exceptional"

This service center is always close by my house, and if I need transportation, they always provide it. The service personnel are always kind and friendly. They always explain to me exactly why they need to do a certain service. There was a screw in my tire that was very large, they showed it to me and then I could see why they had to do a large patch on my relatively new tire. I was very satisfied with my trip to Naples Nissan
