Rough beginning for sure, 1st not only was car not warmed up for appointment on 0 degree day, it wouldnt even start. A good saleperson would have ensured both. 2nd took over sale from someone else no real e up for appointment on 0 degree day, it wouldnt even start. If not for a one of a kind car and Connors assistance deal likely wouldnt have happened. Overall dealership seemed to be pretty decent, and willing to work with the customer.
