We were happy with our experience. we first met John Palumbo 3 years ago, when we leased our first Honda CRV. We both immediately liked him, and the way he treated us. We knew that we wanted to deal with him again this time. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have in the past not really liked car sales people. John is not pushy, does not try to hurry you into a decision and has a great sense of humor to boot. I only hope that in 3 years when we are ready to lease again that we can deal with John.. He is the best. Rob was also helpful, in giving us a good deal and meeting the price that we let him know we could afford. This made our experience a good and relaxing time and not a stressful time.
