After several visits and test drives of other manufacturer's vehicles and two visits with Alex, we decided on a new 2018 Honda CR-V. We arrived at Napleton Auto Werks a little after 3:30 p.m. As we had previously test driven the car, we just sat down with Alex and worked out the details of the purchase rather quickly. However, the next step in the purchasing process was most frustrating. We were told we had to meet with the finance person to finalize things. As we were not financing the car, and paying cash, and there did not seem to be very many customers in the dealership, we anticipated a short wait. We did not know what the problem was, but we waited multiple hours. The dinner hour came and went and we still waited and waited. We were not in a situation that required us to drive off with the new car that night and suggested we return the following day, but were constantly reassured that it would only be a little longer. We finally got through with the finance person, in the car and left at 9:50 p.m. We were not expecting that purchasing a car would take over 6 hours. We did not bring my medications with me that I take with dinner, so I missed my medications as well as my dinner. We have purchased new vehicles before and have never spent that much time in the dealership. Apparently our time was not of any importance. Therefore, based on our purchasing experience, it is impossible for us to give a higher rating than average. By the way, we love the car. More

Professional, accommodating, friendly John was amazing and very accommodating . I never felt rushed and he allowed me to take my time, therefore taking 2 vehicles on test drives. he was kn John was amazing and very accommodating . New Car Purchase After being told my old car was too dangerous to drive, I decided to look at Hondas. I wanted a car that was reliable and would last as many years as my old one. My brother went with me and we were immediately greeted in the lot by Alex. From the start he was friendly and very helpful, showed us a couple of options online and when we saw one we liked he pulled it out for me to test-drive. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without any high pressure. I bought the first one I test-drove and have been very glad I did! This is my first Honda. I have had it for a week now and have gotten at least 3 compliments at work. I had a very good experience with Alex and Napleton's and have no complaints so far. More
