Great knowledge of the history and features of Honda cars! I want to express my gratitude for those all involved in my new purchase, a Honda Accord. I signed a contract back in 2014 up in Minnesota. At that ti I want to express my gratitude for those all involved in my new purchase, a Honda Accord. I signed a contract back in 2014 up in Minnesota. At that time, I tested a 2014 Honda Accord. Loved it, but I could not fit it into my budget. i arrived at Napleton to check out my options. I wanted to lease a 2018 Honda Accord. Mike Massaro was referred by Colton from the internet services I checked out a few days ago. With the great experience I had with my lease and taking great care of the car I was entrusted with; I am very thankful that another person took care of the car they had leased, to which is my car now! Michael directed me through a safety course on the new Accords, tailored by Michael’s many years of knowledge of the Honda cars and what each one has to offer. He is one of the best I have ever encountered at a dealership. And we all don’t like going to them. But, Michael gave me a new view of what it takes to be a car salesman with a special touch of care, developed by years of expience!! Great job Michael for directing me through my thoughts that I could not put down on paper! Also a great shout out to Nate Blaser for the small talk during the contract signing! She always makes herself available to help if needed, whenever I stop by the dealership just to get a car wash, or to ask a simple question, she stops what she’s doing to give me a hug, ask’s how my family and I are doing, how I’m liking the car and if there’s anything we need, and always calls me by my name( which is definitely impressive, given how unique my name is)! In fact, Casey’s excellent customer service is so hard to find, I asked her if I can still buy cars from her when we move to Oregon!😀 Not only is she great with customer service, I am glad I got to meet her!
