Dan Timmel is an honest, low-key, thoughtful sales person!! Originally saw Honda CR-V at auto showing at Cherryvale Mall. I took his card and told him I would get in touch with him if I were interested. I gave him my name and requested he not bug me, and he didn't. My wife and I visited with Dan at Napleton a couple of months later, took a test drive, asked him not to bug us, which he didn't, and told him we would be in touch if we were interested. We researched the CR-V thoroughly, size, features, and price compared to competitor SUV's and decided we wanted to buy one. I called Dan, told him precisely what we wanted, he searched high and low, found the car we wanted, told him what I wanted to pay, including true car figure. The deal was conducted over the phone with no hassling whatsoever. I think Dan is easily the most honorable individual I have ever met in the auto sales business, a business not known for employing that type of person. Our dealings with Jim Schaffer, the Business Manager were equally smooth. Rob Hamilton, Tim's Manager, did not appear in our dealings with Dan, although he had to approve every aspect of our purchase. I think the entire purchase process with Napleton was excellent and not the least bit intimidating from the customer perspective. As an afterthought, after our new car purchase price was agreed to, I traded in an older car I owned and received a very fair offer according to Kelly Blue Book. Dan Timmel is simply an honest, honorable individual who is eager to please and should be successful in this business as he conveys honesty in every aspect of dealing with the customer! More

I REFINANCED MY CAR THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION SHORTLY AFTER BMO SOLD MY LOAN AND MY CU PAID CSC LOGIC OFF, THEY TRIED TO SAY I OWED MORE PAYMENTS AND MY CU STILL DOES NOT HAVE THE TITLE TO MY CAR, CSC IS HOLDING IT FIR SOME REASON, OH BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS. I REFINAMCED BECAUSE I READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS CSC LOGIC. MY 1ST MISTAKE GOING THROUGH NAPLETON, 2ND US I HAVENT REPORTED BMO OR CSC LOGIC TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, WHICH IS ON MY LIST.
