While heading home to Tennessee from vacation my tire pressure light came on and I stopped at this nearest Honda dealership. They were slammed! And yet when I went in and told them why I was there, they pressure light came on and I stopped at this nearest Honda dealership. They were slammed! I was so appreciative, they were so respectful and efficient and deserve recognition for their kindness. More

Unproffesional and extremely rude employees I purchased a vehicle through Napleton Honda Loves Park IL approximately one year ago. I purchased the warranty that was offered with my 18 Honda CRV. I purchased a vehicle through Napleton Honda Loves Park IL approximately one year ago. I purchased the warranty that was offered with my 18 Honda CRV. Today, I picked up a nail in my tire and had to take it to Napleton Honda Loves Park, IL. I waited for about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the tire to be replaced. I was ok with waiting however, when they asked if I wanted a car wash when it was complete, I simply asked the service tech. that I do not receive one since I had waited a couple hours for the tire already. This is when the service advisor Tammy stood up and corrected me and said it has only been 1 hour and 15 minutes since the paper was time stamped. I proceeded to state that I stand corrected and still do not want to wait for a car wash since the service took 1 hour and 15 minutes. She then laughed and said it took so long because “It was free” . Please keep in mind that this was not free since I paid Thousands of dollars for the warranty. I felt this was terrible customer service and Tammy was VERY rude considering that I was in fact a PAYING customer. This is not how customers should be treated and I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Unprofessional More

We brought our car in for passenger side air bag recall and when car was picked up- there was a HUGE RIP in l Dishonest people in service department!! Service department claimed it was there when we brought it in!!! Placed a hat from back seat even over rip to try and hide after service!! Wouldn’t show us video that they claim shows the rip was there!! Also left greasy fingerprints all over passenger seat too!! Dishonest employees and shameful GM that wouldn’t make an innocent mistake RIGHT!! So obvious that someone sat in seat with a tool....which they claimed there were no tools in car ???!! How do you remove an air bag- with your fingers?? SHAME ON JAGUAR!!! More
