I was hesitant at first about going to Napleton, but I am beyond thankful that I did. Noah reached out to me very quickly and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Noah had the cars I was inquiring up front and ready to go when I arrived on my lunch break to test drive them. Never once did anyone try to talk me out of the vehicle I was wanting and persuade me to into a different one. During financing I was not pressured to add on additional warranty packages like other dealerships. The experience as a whole was outstanding and I am a proud owner of a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SEL from Napleton Volkswagen of Springfield. More
