From their service check-in process to their shuttle driver I have always been satisfied. I always make it a point to refer them to my friends and family which is somewhat out of character for me. I will continue to use Napleton Volkwagen Service depart and most likely will buy my next Volkswagen CC from them. Hopefully their sales department can compare. More

So stinkin' glad they fixed my car Bought this car from another dealer about a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems (so glad I got that extended warranty). Took it to them for a diagnostics test on Friday and work on it began on the following Monday morning and ended in the early afternoon. Took them only a couple of days to fix a problem(s) that my previous guys' probably still wouldn't have been able to fix after almost 2 years. More
VW Eos repair Prompt and courteous. Took the EOS in to determine issue with pistons holding the trunk open. They checked things out thoroughly and determined the Prompt and courteous. Tried to charge for warranty repair. I purchased my new GTI from a different dealer 4 hours away because they had the car I wanted and the price was fair. The first time I drove at night I purchased my new GTI from a different dealer 4 hours away because they had the car I wanted and the price was fair. The first time I drove at night I noticed an accent light in the passenger door panel was not working. When I took the car to Volkswagen of Springfield they fixed the light. It was not connected inside the door panel. The staff acted like I was a burden to them by being there. Then when I picked my car up I was told I would have to pay for the repair. They said the dealer I bought the car from should have been the one to fix it because the problem should have been detected during the delivery inspection. Because of this VW would not pay them for the repair. The service writer then started whining about how are they going to pay their technician. So, the customer of a VW should be required to drive back to the dealer 4 hours away because of a problem that started at the factory? How is a car coming out of the factory with a defect my problem? No charges were authorized by me. I refused to pay and will not return to this dealership again. I have another dealer within the same distance from my home that will get the remainder of my business. More
