Great customer service I have a Jeep which I bought used from Napleton’s. It started making a weird sounds when shift in low gears and I took it back to their service depart I have a Jeep which I bought used from Napleton’s. It started making a weird sounds when shift in low gears and I took it back to their service department to investigate. They had my car all day long and printed off a long list of things they checked - however, because they are not a Jeep dealer they couldn’t access certain aspects of my vehicle’s computer system. They very apologetically told me I would have to take my car to a Jeep dealer to truly found out the problem and didn’t charge me a dime for all the work that they did the entire day. They had no solution but allowed me to save my money. I was very appreciative. More
They figured it out My transmission light came on. I had asked my dealer back in Hilton Head once about my transmission when I felt it was acting up.
